Carazo Enterprise SL is seeking a Head of International HR & Recruitment to own and build the global HR function across multiple entities and regions. This is a hands-on leadership role with full ownership of structure, systems, processes, and team development.

You will design org structure, implement HRIS and ATS, create onboarding/offboarding programs, and define KPI frameworks while leading a distributed team across time zones. English C1 is required; remote/work flexibility offered.

Formación

• International recruiting experience in EU or USA (5+ years)
• Proven experience managing and leading a team
• Hands-on experience with HRIS (HR information system)
• Hands-on experience with ATS (applicant tracking system)
• Experience creating training programs for onboarding/offboarding
• Experience creating and managing HR KPIs
• Strong ownership mindset and accountability

Responsabilidades

• Design the international HR & recruitment structure across multiple jurisdictions
• Build the end-to-end recruitment system: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers
• Select, implement and manage HRIS and ATS
• Create onboarding and offboarding training programs and process documentation
• Define and enforce KPI framework; drive measurable performance
• Lead and scale a distributed team across countries and time zones
• Track metrics like time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, pipeline conversion, cost-per-hire
