Expeditors in Monterrey is seeking a detail-oriented Quoting & Spot Rate Coordinator to support spot pricing across air, ocean, and road transport within our global network.
You will coordinate spot quotes, be the main contact for customers, manage deadlines, and help drive revenue with strong service. Fluency in English and Spanish, logistics know-how, and Microsoft 365 proficiency are valued in this fast-paced, international team.
Formación
- Experience in air, ocean and/or road freight logistics.
- Fluency in English and Spanish required or highly beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to work under deadlines.
Responsabilidades
- Coordinate spot quote requests across Expeditors’ international network.
- Be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Manage customer deadlines and update internal systems.
- Support win-rate and revenue growth while delivering excellent service.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
- Collaborate with Account Management and partner branches.
