Carolina Logistics Inc in Mexico City is seeking a Pricing Executive to join the commercial and operations team. You will analyze, quote, and structure competitive logistics proposals, ensuring accuracy, profitability, and rapid response times in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of pricing experience in logistics or freight forwarding, with exposure to Ocean Freight, Air Freight, and Ground Freight, and strong Excel skills.

Formación

• 2–4 years of pricing experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Experience with multiple transportation products, especially Ocean Freight, Air Freight, and Ground Freight.
• Upper-intermediate English; comfortable with international agents and suppliers.
• Knowledge of freight rates, logistics costs, Incoterms, and quotation structures.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare quotations for international and domestic services with a primary focus on ocean freight, followed by air and ground freight.
• Analyze rates, operational costs, and margins to ensure competitive and profitable proposals.
• Prepare and manage multi-product quotations across ocean, air, and ground transportation.
• Maintain constant communication with carriers, international agents, suppliers, and the commercial team.
• Monitor rate validity, updates, and commercial conditions.
• Support Sales and Key Account Management teams with technical information and pricing strategies.
• Maintain and update rate databases, pricing matrices, and internal quotation tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within pricing processes and standardization efforts.
