GlobalTranz is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Monterrey to ensure freight is picked up and delivered on time, coordinating with our network of carriers and internal teams. You will track shipments from pickup to delivery and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders.

The role focuses on problem-solving, clear communication, and efficient use of load management systems to maximize department productivity and ensure high-quality service.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in administrative support preferred.
• Experience in customer services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver multi-level operational support for client shipments and transportation through tracking and tracing activity, ensuring on-time delivery and pick-up.
• Clarify load requirements with carriers, confirming drivers have proper information (pick up & delivery requirements).
• Constant and clear communications with stakeholders for all loads.
• Utilize and update tracking methods using GlobalTranz’s load management system.
• Maximize productivity and workflow by emphasizing load board priorities and board coverage.
• Provide support to OS&D by gathering information from carriers, customers, and internal representatives to resolve shipment issues.
• Handle client problems following SOPs and elevate to proper business function as needed, maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Serve as back-up support to other department team members to ensure complete client satisfaction.
