Expeditors International in Mexico is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for the Network Management Center (NMC) team. You will become the SME for assigned customers, overseeing shipments and providing high-quality service across aviation, automotive, pharmaceutical, retail and tech accounts.

Key responsibilities include tracking and tracing shipments, booking activities, proactive communication with Expeditors districts and service providers, and presenting information to stakeholders.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Office Suite, SharePoint, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Python
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Mexico)
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Minimum one year of logistics experience
• Certifications in supply chain/logistics (IATA/FIATA/MITx)

Responsabilidades

• Track and trace customer shipments across accounts
• Book shipments and oversee critical logistics operations
• Provide proactive, timely communication with districts and service providers
• Serve as subject matter expert for assigned customers
