CAROLINA LOGISTICS MEXICO is seeking a Pricing Executive to analyze, quote, and structure competitive logistics proposals for clients, with a primary focus on ocean freight and support for air and ground freight, ensuring accuracy and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of pricing experience in logistics or freight forwarding, strong Excel skills, knowledge of Incoterms and can communicate with international agents and suppliers.

• 2–4 years of Pricing experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Experience with Ocean, Air and Ground freight.
• Upper-intermediate English for international communication.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare quotations for international and domestic services with a primary focus on ocean freight.
• Analyze rates, costs and margins to ensure profitable proposals.
• Prepare and manage multi-product quotations across ocean, air and ground transport.
• Maintain communication with carriers, agents, suppliers and the commercial team.
• Monitor rate validity, updates and commercial conditions.
• Support Sales and Key Account Management with pricing strategies.
• Maintain and update rate databases, pricing matrices and tools.
• Contribute to pricing process improvements and standardization.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Pricing Executive to join our commercial and operations team. Your mission will be to analyze, quote, and structure competitive logistics proposals for our clients, ensuring accuracy, profitability, and efficient response times in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of Pricing experience within the logistics or freight forwarding industry, with exposure to multiple transportation products, primarily Ocean Freight, followed by Air Freight and Ground Freight.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for international and domestic services, with a primary focus on ocean freight, followed by air and ground freight.
• Analyze rates, operational costs, and margins to ensure competitive and profitable proposals.
• Prepare and manage multi-product quotations across ocean, air, and ground transportation.
• Maintain constant communication with carriers, international agents, suppliers, and the commercial team.
• Monitor rate validity, updates, and commercial conditions.
• Support Sales and Key Account Management teams with technical information and pricing strategies.
• Maintain and update rate databases, pricing matrices, and internal quotation tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within pricing processes and standardization efforts.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of Pricing experience within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
• Experience working with multiple transportation products, preferably Ocean Freight, Air Freight, and Ground Freight.
• Upper-intermediate English, comfortable communicating with international agents, carriers, and suppliers.
• Knowledge of freight rates, logistics costs, Incoterms, and quotation structures.
• Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (data handling, formulas, tables).
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
