Expeditors in Monterrey is seeking a detail-oriented Quoting & Spot Rate Coordinator to support spot pricing across air, ocean, and road transport within our global network.

You will coordinate spot quotes, be the main contact for customers, manage deadlines, and help drive revenue with strong service. Fluency in English and Spanish, logistics know-how, and Microsoft 365 proficiency are valued in this fast-paced, international team.

Formación

• Experience in air, ocean and/or road freight logistics.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required or highly beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to work under deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate spot quote requests across Expeditors’ international network.
• Be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Manage customer deadlines and update internal systems.
• Support win-rate and revenue growth while delivering excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
• Collaborate with Account Management and partner branches.

Are you passionate about logistics, pricing, and working with international teams? We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Quoting & Spot Rate Coordinator to support spot pricing activities across air, ocean, and road transport within our global network.

Objective of this position:

This Pricing Agent, position is for a role in Expeditor´s Global Quoting Desk Team. The Global Quoting desk team support coordinating spot requests within network, managing price quotations related to air, ocean, and road transport for specific Expeditors global customers, while being the main point of communication contact with customers.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate spot quote requests across our international network
• Be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Manage customer deadlines and update internal systems consistently
• Support win‑ratio and revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer service
• Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and external regulations
• Collaborate closely with Account Management and partner branches
• Track KPIs and contribute to performance and process improvements

Desired Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Logistics experience in air, ocean, and/or road freight is valuable but not mandatory — we welcome candidates eager to learn and grow
• Knowledge of Incoterms and transport documentation is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently
• A strong team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues across functions and locations to achieve shared goals
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Fluent English & Spanish (role based in Monterrey)
