Job summary

Teva is seeking a Senior Director, Global Payroll Operations, to lead in-country payroll teams and partner with HR, Finance, and IT across 30,000 employees globally. You will drive a standardized, resilient payroll model, oversee governance and risk, and modernize solutions for scalable delivery.

The role focuses on strategic direction, supplier management, and transformation across multiple countries, with emphasis on data-driven insights and compliance. Senior leadership experience required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive, hands-on multi-country payroll experience in a large organization.
• Experience leading global payroll teams and driving transformation initiatives.
• Experience with ADP payroll solutions and/or SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous; other platforms desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll delivery across countries with governance and compliance.
• Develop and execute the multi-year global payroll strategy and operating model.
• Modernize payroll solutions to reduce systems, automate processes and improve data ownership.
• Oversee audits, regulatory compliance, and SOX documentation across regions.
• Partner with HR, Finance and Legal on payroll funding, controls and performance.
