• Demonstrated success driving digital transformation and process optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing payroll team supporting blue- and white-collar populations at local and regional levels.
• Own end-to-end payroll operations, including complex calculations, taxes, statutory compliance, and governance.
• Drive digitalization and transformation initiatives, improving processes, controls, and system efficiency.
• Act as a key partner for regional and global stakeholders, ensuring service delivery aligned with SLAs and quality standards.
• Lead change management initiatives, serving as a trusted voice and influencer during transformation.
• Ensure strong collaboration with HR, Finance, and external vendors to maintain operational excellence.
• Contribute to long-term strategy and roadmap (Payroll vision toward 2027).
