Job summary

FLSmidth is seeking a Payroll Lead for the Americas region to drive standardization, scale payroll operations, and collaborate with global vendors. This role requires balancing strategy with hands-on execution across North and South America.

You will partner with HR, Finance and business owners to improve processes, ensure accurate and timely payments, and promote a positive employee experience. Fluency in English and working Spanish are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in payroll operations, across multiple countries.
• Experience with global payroll vendors (ADP, CloudPay, etc.).
• English fluent with Spanish working proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll process improvements and standardization across Americas payrolls.
• Collaborate with external payroll vendors to validate inputs and ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance and business owners to drive mutual initiatives.
• Maintain focus on employee experience in payroll operations.
• Support KPI and SLA targets for payroll.
• Assist in payroll vendor assessments and integrations.
• Ensure compliance with global policies and procedures.
• Support internal/external audits of payroll.
