Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals, a leading biopharmaceutical company, seeks a Senior Director, Global Payroll Operations, to oversee end-to-end payroll across countries and manage in-country teams. You will drive strategy, governance, and process improvements while partnering with HR, Finance and IT to ensure compliant, scalable payroll operations for 30,000+ employees globally.

The role requires 15+ years in multi-country payroll, strong leadership, and experience with ADP or SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of multi-country payroll experience in a large multinational organization.
• Experience leading global teams and driving transformation.
• Experience with ADP payroll solutions and/or SAP SuccessFactors; ServiceNow is desirable.
• Strong vendor management, governance, risk oversight and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, timely end-to-end payroll delivery across all countries and oversee funding, reconciliations and issue resolution.
• Develop and execute a multi-year global payroll strategy and operating model.
• Modernize payroll systems to reduce platforms and integration points, defining data ownership.
• Improve employee experience with self-service, knowledge management and AI-enabled support.
• Lead integration of new countries, teams, providers, and controls into scalable delivery models.
• Own budgets, transformation business cases and vendor costs with measurable improvements.
