Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Mexico is seeking a Partner and Customer Enablement Lead to drive enablement, coaching, training, and quality assurance across international programmes.

You will coach partner trainers, manage adoption outcomes, collaborate with product, data, and programme teams, and travel up to 40% to support health initiatives across countries. This role offers ownership for identifying adoption gaps and delivering measurable outcomes through structured training design.

Qualifications

• Teaching or training qualification with at least 2 years of experience.
• Experience training teams remotely in low- and middle-income countries.
• Strong understanding of software products, configuration processes, and how customer adoption works in practice.
• Demonstrable experience managing customer or partner relationships, setting expectations, and driving programmes toward stronger outcomes.
• Excellent coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to build lasting capability in others.
• Ability to adapt communication and training approaches to different levels of literacy, digital literacy, English proficiency, and cultural context.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, enablement, and in-country Software User Training using digital and non-digital learning assets.
• Deliver demonstrations and hands-on facilitation where needed beyond self-directed learning.
• Coach and develop trainers and Training Consultants to enable independent training delivery.
• Quality-assure Train-the-Trainer and cascade models through observation and feedback.
• Monitor adoption and behaviour-change outcomes and intervene with coaching or configuration reviews.
• Participate in programme design workshops and translate designs into accurate software configurations.
