Job summary

Justworks, Inc. is seeking a driven leader to head the International Onboarding team in Mexico City.

You will manage end-to-end onboarding across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance, accurate employment agreements, and benefits setup while partnering with Sales, Legal, and Product to shape the roadmap. You will guide a high-growth team, implement process improvements, and own KPIs to optimize delivery and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of onboarding, implementation, or global operations experience.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience (remote/hybrid teams).
• Deep understanding of international labor laws, global payroll nuances, and statutory benefits.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of International Onboarding Specialists, mentoring and coaching.
• Oversee end-to-end global onboarding strategy across jurisdictions.
• Define KPIs and SLAs, drive improvements and automation.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Sales, Legal, Product, and Operations leadership.
• Lead playbooks for new markets and regional expansion.
• Resolve complex customer accounts navigating regulatory challenges.
• Partner with GTM teams to differentiate via customer service.
• Monitor retention and address onboarding cancellations.
• Manage capacity to sustain high-touch service during hyper-growth.
• Translate company goals into actionable team objectives.
• Advise on compliance and risk mitigation for global scaling.
• Develop talent pipeline and advocate for customer voice at exec level.
• Drive supplemental services to grow international revenue.
