Job summary

Justworks is seeking an International Consultant based in Mexico City to serve as the subject matter expert on EOR and international employment compliance across the Americas. You will advise on cross-border nuances, collaborate with Legal, Product, and Operations to shape strategy, and partner with Customer Success on high-value accounts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing international HR role.
• Proven track record of managing complex global HR scenarios with EOR experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and consultative skills.
• Knowledge of HR technology and international employment compliance across the Americas.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Zendesk, and Notion is a plus.
• Multilingual fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a definitive subject matter expert for EOR services across the Americas.
• Advise on cross-border employment nuances and local labor standards to mitigate global risk.
• Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Operations to influence product-market fit and GTM strategies.
• Manage high-value accounts with Americas-specific needs requiring advanced jurisdictional expertise.
• Escalate complex compliance inquiries to ensure accurate, compliant guidance.
• Identify and guide EOR expansion and upsell opportunities into new markets.
