Hellmann Worldwide Logistics in Mexico is seeking a Pricing & Tender Mgmt Operations Associate to support ocean freight pricing and tender processes. You will coordinate with overseas offices, prepare quotes, and ensure accuracy in rate data to help win business.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare ocean freight rate quotes for routed business from HWL overseas offices and network partners.
• Coordinate with overseas offices and partners to secure local charges (origin and destination).
• Daily follow-up for feedback on all quotes via email and phone.
• Provide feedback to Ocean Product Management on service, transit time, rate validity, and capacity.
• Handover booking requests to HWL USA Operations and overseas offices.
• Publish quote information to Product Operations with routing and contract details.
• Escalate pricing issues to the USA Sea Pricing Desk Manager.
• Adjust quoting parameters with product leaders to improve win ratios and efficiencies.
• Maintain KPIs to measure quoting effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.
• Support global, regional, and trade lane pricing strategies and steer volumes to preferred carriers.
• Support continuous improvement of US Sea Pricing Desk processes and quality standards.
• Maintain rate expiration logs and coordinate updates with Ocean Product teams.
• Liaise with USA Ocean Product teams on services and capacity.
• Assist with invoicing disputes from US branches.
• Audit carrier rates in Freightos and address corrections.
• Analyze ocean carrier rate contracts for FCL and LCL.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.
