JAS Worldwide in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking a qualified Logistics Coordinator to manage bookings, customs entries, and communications with customers and vendors. You will ensure accurate documentation, on-time shipments, and adherence to SOPs while supporting Sales and Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and track customer bookings/orders.
• Notify customer of arrival and charges and advise on holds or delays.
• Process Customs Entries and FDA related entries.
• Review documentation for accuracy (invoices, classifications, etc.).
• Transmit information to ABI and monitor customs releases.
• Ensure file contains all necessary documents in proper sequence and file promptly.
• Bill/Invoice each file to customers with attention to payment terms.
• Provide accurate job costing forecasts and manage payables/receivables.
