Job summary

Google Operations Center is seeking a Marketing Operations Leader to drive the daily execution of your pod and align priorities with senior leadership. You will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and lead a team of Team Leads, Campaign Specialists, and Data Analysts.

This role requires a track record in running multi-channel campaigns, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to optimize processes in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in marketing operations and digital marketing, incl. email and paid media.
• 8+ years leading teams of Team Leads, Campaign Specialists, and Data Analysts.
• Proven track record of multi-channel marketing programs.
• Strong stakeholder management across operational and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent understanding of online advertising ecosystem and pricing models.

Responsibilities

• Direct reporting to Senior Marketing Manager and align priorities with daily execution.
• Collaborate with APAC Marketing Leadership and teams to align goals.
• Lead and coach pod members, set KPIs and development plans.
• Oversee queues, SLAs, and performance of the pod.
• Hands-on campaign execution, QA, and troubleshooting across Marketo, Gamma, and GNP.
• Conduct RCAs and implement remediation strategies to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with Process Excellence and Tools & Automation for optimization.
• Lead governance and contribute to WBRs/QBRs.
