DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a Performance Marketing lead to manage multi-channel campaigns and optimize growth across markets. You will align with Marketing Science, Ad Operations, and Growth teams to drive efficiency and measurable impact on user acquisition and retention.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Search, Paid Social, and Display, plus data-driven decision making to optimize budgets and partnerships in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of performance marketing experience, preferably with consumer apps.
• Deep knowledge of Search, Paid Social, and Display advertising.
• Experience with multi-channel digital media strategy, A/B and multivariate tests and optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Be Performance Marketing Organization representative inside DiDi, coordinating with Marketing Science & Technology, Ad Operations and Growth Ops to ensure best-in-class support.
