Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal skills.
• 2+ years of email marketing experience.
• HTML and CSS experience required.
• Understanding of email KPIs, metrics, and reporting.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with A/B testing and email optimization.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the production of global email campaigns and update templates.
• Develop briefs with stakeholders and ensure completeness before production.
• Identify testing opportunities to improve engagement and attribution.
• Manage production queue through stakeholder coordination.
• Conduct thorough reviews during production to flag issues early.
• Develop and execute content strategy for digital in-building screens via JIRA.
• Keep production and KPI documents current with templates and offers.
