Corning Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Leader to steer cross-functional teams from concept to product launch and manufacturing implementation. You will oversee execution, manage risks, align stakeholders, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality expectations.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Product Development or NPI projects, strong PM skills, manufacturing experience, and advanced English communication abilities to collaborate with global teams and customers.
Formación
- 5+ years of experience leading Product Development or New Product Introduction (NPI/NPD) projects.
- Strong project management experience including scope, budget, schedule, resource planning, and risk management.
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced English communication skills.
Responsabilidades
- Lead complex new product development projects from concept through launch and manufacturing implementation.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, commercial teams, and customers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate technical decision-making and mitigate project risks to support on-time delivery and product success.
- Communicate project status and milestones to stakeholders across global teams.
