Job summary

Corning Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Leader to steer cross-functional teams from concept to product launch and manufacturing implementation. You will oversee execution, manage risks, align stakeholders, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality expectations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Product Development or NPI projects, strong PM skills, manufacturing experience, and advanced English communication abilities to collaborate with global teams and customers.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience leading Product Development or New Product Introduction (NPI/NPD) projects.
Strong project management experience including scope, budget, schedule, resource planning, and risk management.
Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment.
Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead complex new product development projects from concept through launch and manufacturing implementation.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, commercial teams, and customers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Facilitate technical decision-making and mitigate project risks to support on-time delivery and product success.
Communicate project status and milestones to stakeholders across global teams.
