Job summary

Forvia seeks a Program Core Team member responsible for all manufacturing aspects of a major program from Acquisition through SOP and 6 months post-launch. The role spans team leadership, plant coordination, production system development, and change management to ensure manufacturability and on-time delivery.

You will interface with customers and suppliers, lead cross-plant launch activities, and drive process and equipment validation, including PFMEA/QC metrics. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; 5 to 10 years of experience in production area, including one position in Manufacturing Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work package tasks and ensure their accomplishment.
• Coordinate the plant launch teams of the plants involved in the program.
• Manage the Prototype Build and Delivery and Analysis.
• Study, develop in detail, validate, release and set-up the complete Production System of the program.
