Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 5–7 years in Quality Engineering, NPI quality, or related manufacturing.
- Experience with new product introductions and product launches.
- Strong knowledge of APQP, FMEA, control plans, and risk management.
- Experience with Six Sigma, DMAIC, 8D or equivalent.
- Ability to connect system-level quality requirements to processes.
- Professional English proficiency.
- Willingness to travel 15–25%, including international travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead NPI quality readiness activities including APQP and risk assessments.
- Translate requirements into effective controls and launch readiness.
- Partner with R&D, Engineering, Operations and other stakeholders.
- Prevent defects and accelerate transition to stable manufacturing.
- Drive early root cause analysis using 8D, DMAIC, or Six Sigma.
- Monitor quality during ramp-up and coordinate corrective actions.
