Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a NPI Manufacturing Leader to drive new product introductions and manufacturing launches. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and smooth production ramp-up.

The role emphasizes operational readiness, risk management, and seamless transfers from project to production, with strong English communication across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience leading projects in manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, APQP, PFMEA

Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from quotation through production launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, and Operations.
• Drive product transfers, new product launches, and engineering changes.
• Ensure plant operational readiness through manufacturing processes and quality controls.
• Monitor project metrics and communicate status, risks, and results to management.
• Facilitate seamless transition from project implementation to production.
