Alwood in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a highly organized associate to join our international operations team. This full-time role coordinates order fulfillment and optimizes logistics across global suppliers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the order cycle.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of experience in international purchasing or logistics, is fluent in English and Spanish, and can work primarily in-office at the Cumbres Elite Monterrey location.

Formación

• 4–5 years of experience in international purchasing, order fulfillment, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, logistics engineer or related field.
• Ability to work primarily in-office in Monterrey (Cumbres Elite Monterrey).

Responsabilidades

• Verify and manage purchase orders with global suppliers.
• Monitor overseas production schedules and timelines.
• Track timely production from vendors.
• Organize freight forwarders between origins and final customers in MX/US/CA.
• Work with documents and customs brokers.
• Provide timely order status updates and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain logistics records and assist with invoicing and reporting.
