H.B. Fuller in Monterrey is seeking an Import & Export Operations professional to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, review shipping documents, and ensure regulatory compliance across Mexican customs.

The role collaborates with brokers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize transportation, maintain accurate records, and support audits while leveraging Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2+ years of import/export experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Mexican customs procedures, HS codes, and global shipping documents.
• Experience coordinating air/ocean/ground freight and working with brokers/forwarders.
• Strong Spanish and intermediate–advanced English.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments (air, ocean, ground).
• Prepare/review commercial documents (invoices, packing lists, COO, shipping docs).
• Ensure correct tariff classification, customs valuation, and regulatory compliance.
• Work with customs brokers for timely clearance and resolve delays or documentation issues.
