FLSmidth in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking a Logistics Specialist – International to coordinate transportation and import operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient support for internal customers. You will engage with multiple global stakeholders to keep the flow of goods moving.

You should have a degree in International Trade, 3–5 years in a similar role, and strong knowledge of Incoterms, IMO cargo, and shipping documentation.

• You bring a degree in International Trade or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or import roles.
• Knowledge of international logistics and imports.
• Experience with international shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and IMO cargo.
• Intermediate technical English skills.
• Strong coordination and teamwork abilities.
• Safety and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate international shipments and cargo follow-up
• Manage import and transportation documentation
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers
• Monitor KPI performance of logistics providers
• Schedule operations according to delivery priorities
• Manage risks and resolve operational contingencies
• Validate payments related to international operations
• Issue periodic logistics management reports
