The company in Guadalajara, Mexico, is looking for an Operations Associate to join its Global Operations team and help manage end-to-end shipments across ocean, air, and cross-border trucking. You will focus on delivering a first-class customer experience and ensuring on-time performance.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with ocean carrier operations is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end movement of global shipments within a regional network (imports/exports, intermodal).
• Coordinate shipments with steamship lines, air carriers, intermodal and drayage vendors, and customs.
• Manage client experience and meet internal KPIs and SLAs.
• Prepare for QBR/MBR and participate in client calls as needed.
• Quote and invoice client shipments and monitor related P&L.
