Flexport’s Global Operations team in Guadalajara is recruiting an Operations Associate to own the end-to-end movement of global shipments and ensure on-time delivery. You’ll work with ocean, air, and cross-border logistics, coordinating with partners and internal teams to delight customers.

Requirements: 2+ years in logistics or freight forwarding, Bachelor’s degree preferred, fluent in English and Spanish, strong communication, time management, and problem-solving.

Formación

• 2+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain roles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Be the front line to ensure on-time shipments and handle exceptions.
• Coordinate daily logistics with steamship lines, air carriers, and warehouses.
• Own client experience and escalate issues as needed.
• Quote and invoice shipments and support KPIs/SLAs.
