Flexport in Guadalajara is seeking an Operations Associate to join our Global Operations team, managing end-to-end shipments across a regional network. You’ll collaborate with partners and technology teams to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality customer experiences.

You'll start by immersing in our culture and world-class operations, with potential for future growth in new markets. 2+ years in logistics and bilingual English/Spanish are highly valued for this fast-paced role.

Formación

• 2+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment and learn new tech.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Commitment to compliance in a regulated industry.

Responsabilidades

• Be the front line to ensure on-time shipments and handle exceptions.
• Meet internal KPIs and SLAs for quality delivery.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Own client experience, resolve issues at origin and destination.
• Coordinate with steamship lines, air carriers, intermodal and drayage vendors, customs, warehousing, and partners.
• Execute end-to-end movements including imports/exports and intermodal.
• Participate in client calls and QBR/MBR prep.
