The role involves course entry, editing, and analytics across global webinars, with close collaboration to optimize learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Experience with LMS and content management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
• Proven project management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain global webinar calendar and upload event dates in advance.
• Enter and edit new webinar courses based on instructor data.
• Provide analytics on webinar registrations and attendance to stakeholders.
• Oversee LMS inquiries and registration workflows via central channels.
• Create and maintain eLearning content and badges in the LMS.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on projects.
• Support LMS-related queries through Microsoft Forms and data dashboards.
