ARQ is seeking a Licensing Lead to own the global licensing workstream end to end, coordinating across product, legal, operations and finance to secure regulatory permissions for operations and growth.

You will track licenses across jurisdictions, drive deliverables with senior leadership and external counsel, and build scalable processes while thriving in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in a high-performance environment such as MBB consulting or a high-growth startup.
• Exceptional structured problem-solving and analytical skills, able to break complex situations into clear plans.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication for senior audiences.
• Proven project management and organisational ability to run multiple workstreams.
• Strong learning velocity and curiosity across legal, regulatory, financial, and technical topics.
• High ownership mentality with bias for action and accountability.
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, early-stage environments with ambiguity.

Responsabilités

• Drive the global licensing agenda across licenses and jurisdictions, ensuring permissions to operate and grow.
• Own the global licensing pipeline: maintain truth sources, track milestones, surface risks, and manage timelines.
• Coordinate with product, legal, operations, finance, and external counsel to deliver high-quality submissions and materials.
• Build and scale ARQ's licensing function with playbooks, frameworks, and proactive regulatory monitoring.
