Job summary

ARQ is seeking a Product Manager who acts like a founder: curious about why, ruthless about priorities, and at your best when things move fast. You’ll own a product end to end, from discovery through delivery, combining user obsession with data-driven decisions and fast execution.

You’ll work directly with founders, engineers, and designers to build financial products that millions depend on, and set the bar for product quality at ARQ from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience thriving in demanding environments and shipping products used by millions.
• Strong data instincts and ability to define metrics to guide decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of your product area from idea to feature.
• Drive product execution with speed alongside engineers, designers, and operators.
• Understand users through data, interviews, and market insights to guide priorities.
• Define and track success metrics to validate decisions.
• Lead partnerships with external providers when relevant to your domain.
• Contribute to ARQ’s product management processes as AI scales in the team.
