Job summary

ARQ is seeking a high-impact strategist to own core growth initiatives and scale operations. You’ll combine keen analytical thinking with hands-on execution, partnering with founders and teams to turn ambiguous problems into clear priorities and measurable results.

You’ll drive initiatives across product, engineering, operations, and finance, leveraging data and market insights to accelerate growth and optimize unit economics in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience thriving in demanding environments (MBB, high-growth startup, or scale business).
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities connected to business decisions.
• Proven ownership of outcomes from recommendations to implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic and operational initiatives end to end from problem framing to execution.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate growth, improve unit economics, and efficiency.
• Turn data, insights, and market research into actionable recommendations.
• Build scalable processes and workflows using AI and automation where impactful.
• Define success metrics, spot issues, and drive cross-functional improvements.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, finance, and compliance.
• Lead partnerships with external providers when relevant.
