Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Learning Delivery Analyst (Temporary 6-month contract) in Mexico City to drive the operational success of global training programs and manage the Learning Management System (LMS).

You will execute end-to-end training logistics, coordinate instructor-led and virtual sessions, and ensure regulatory compliance to deliver a seamless learner experience and valuable insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end LMS administration, including scheduling offerings, audience targeting, gap reporting and completion tracking to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Plan operationally for instructor-led, virtual, and trainer-led programs, overseeing scheduling, content testing and deployment communications.
• Host and technical moderator for live virtual sessions, providing real-time support to instructors and participants.
• Serve as the primary contact for LMS inquiries, collect feedback and share insights with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the learner experience and streamline virtual training delivery.
