Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a temporary CBS Compensation Specialist in Mexico City to manage salary and bonus processes and HR data, reporting to the Compensation Lead.

You will ensure data accuracy, run annual cycles, support regulatory reporting, and model incentive plans to inform decisions.

This six-month role requires a HR/Compensation background, SAP/SuccessFactors experience, and a commitment to Colgate's values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in HR and 1 year in Compensation.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficient in English and the relevant regional language.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or CCP).
• Hands-on experience with SAP and SuccessFactors Compensation modules.
• Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
• Strong alignment with LIFT principles.

Responsabilités

• Lead the timely execution of annual salary and bonus cycles with SLA adherence.
• Manage end-to-end compensation data changes in HR systems (SAP/SuccessFactors).
• Generate strategic reports and modeling to support COE decisions.
• Evaluate annual salary increases and market adjustments for global alignment with guidelines.
• Support the implementation and management of HR technologies, including survey submissions and compensation modules.
