ROMEU is seeking an IT Application Support Specialist in Mexico to deliver internal technical support via phone, email, and Teams. You will track incidents in Jira/Servicedesk, identify client needs, and contribute to improvements and training materials.

The role requires IT technical training and at least 2 years in customer support, with strong English and/or French skills to assist international users. A collaborative, proactive mindset is essential.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or service desk roles.
• Strong communication skills and client-facing abilities.
• Fluent in English and/or French; international support experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide internal technical support via phone, email, and Teams.
• Monitor, route and resolve incidents in the support portal (Jira/Servicedesk).
• Identify client needs and propose improvements to tools and procedures.
• Prepare technical documentation and deliver training sessions to internal customers.
