Samsara seeks an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our remote Tier 2 team, supporting hardware and software for customers in Mexico. You will resolve complex issues, collaborate with global engineers, and help improve our support across all regions.

You should have 1–3 years in a technical support role, a strong technical background, and excellent communication. French or German skills are a plus.

Formación

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years in support, engineering, or technical roles.
• Experience with industrial systems or IoT devices is a plus.
• French or German proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide world-class hardware and software support to customers.
• Resolve complex issues as part of Tier 2 support.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and provide product feedback.
• Collaborate with Engineering and PM teams across locations.
