Job summary

Copeland is seeking an experienced Inventory Control and Finished Product leader in Reynosa to drive accuracy, on-time fulfillment, and production scheduling. You will manage demand signals, optimize inventory, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, and Supply Chain.

Lead continuous improvement efforts, monitor KPIs, and optimize working capital while maintaining product availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and 5+ years in Inventory Control or Production Planning.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, and strong data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to lead teams and drive cross-functional projects with stakeholde r focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Inventory Control and Finished Product teams to ensure inventory accuracy and operational excellence.
• Manage demand signals and forecasts within Oracle ERP to support customer requirements and production planning.
• Analyze inventory levels, demand trends, and supply constraints, providing recommendations to mitigate risks and improve service levels.
• Develop and execute inventory strategies to optimize working capital while maintaining product availability.
• Evaluate and communicate capacity, inventory, and demand constraints to stakeholders.
• Coordinate product allocation decisions during supply shortages and high-demand periods.
• Ensure production schedules are optimized to maximize plant efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory performance through KPIs such as inventory accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, fill rate, and obsolete inventory.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Procurement, and Customer Service teams to resolve operational issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory management, planning processes, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory control procedures, and quality standards.
• Identify customer requirements and translate them into operational plans and inventory strategies.
• Drive effective communication across functions to align priorities and achieve business objectives.
