Aptiv in Reynosa, MX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage staff, ensure safety, and control inventory. You will coordinate receiving, storing, packing and shipping, train and evaluate employees, and report on performance metrics to meet company standards.

You will liaison with logistics and procurement, enforce policies, drive continuous improvement, and support a safe, efficient, compliant, high-performing warehouse environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or related field.
• Experience leading warehouse teams and coordinating logistics.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Strong English communication skills and report generation.

Responsabilidades

• Staff management: supervise, train, evaluate, and schedule warehouse staff.
• Inventory control: maintain records, perform cycle counts, resolve discrepancies.
• Operational oversight: manage receiving, storing, packaging, and shipping.
• Safety and compliance: enforce policies and ensure safe workplace.
• Efficiency and optimization: monitor metrics and drive improvements.
• Coordination: work with logistics and procurement for timely orders.
• Administrative duties: prepare reports and maintain warehouse documentation.
