Corning Incorporated in Reynosa, Mexico, seeks a Manufacturing Lead to drive operational execution and readiness across manufacturing processes. You will translate business priorities into shop-floor actions, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure successful launches and continuous improvement.

You will strengthen safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance while fostering a culture of discipline and problem-solving.

Formación

4–6 years of experience in manufacturing operations, production leadership, or process improvement.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, manufacturing readiness activities, capacity evaluations, Lean projects, and ramp-ups.
Strong knowledge of Lean tools and visual management.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsabilidades

Lead deployment of manufacturing strategies, process changes, and readiness activities.
Translate priorities into execution roadmaps with milestones, owners, and risks.
Ensure shop-floor readiness for launches with labor, equipment, and material alignment.
Conduct capacity analysis to identify constraints and improve throughput.
Drive Lean initiatives to eliminate waste and boost productivity.
Monitor key metrics: yield, throughput, OT/OTM, and schedule adherence.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance teams.
Lead production qualification and ramp-up support activities.
