Qnity currently seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to organize, lead, and optimize warehouse operations at our Reynosa site. You will manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory controls to ensure smooth flow between receiving, warehouse, and production areas.

The role demands at least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership and English proficiency, and expertise in ERP/WMS systems such as QAD. You will coach staff and drive KPI performance.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field is required.
Minimum 2 years of warehouse supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing.
Experience with physical inventory, cycle counts, variance resolution and material handling.
Experience coordinating shipments and preparing SLI, BOL, AWB with DHL/FedEx.
ERP/WMS experience required; QAD experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and team-management skills.
Fluent written and spoken English.

Maintain inventory accuracy through transactions and cycle counts.
Lead, develop, and coach warehouse associates.
Coordinate shipping activities with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
Drive continuous improvement while meeting safety, quality, productivity, and KPI targets.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and quality, safety, health, and environmental standards.
