Corning Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Project Lead to drive strategic initiatives in Reynosa, Mexico. You will lead cross-functional teams, map processes, and implement system improvements using Lean methodologies and ERP tools to enhance efficiency and cost performance.

You will collaborate with internal customers, manage multiple projects, and support change management through engagement and training. Strong communication and data-driven decisions are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in supply chain ops with project implementation.
• Experience leading transformation, digitalization, or system implementations.
• Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven decision making and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional supply chain projects from initiation to implementation.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and system improvements.
• Collaborate to ensure project alignment, execution and outcomes.
• Develop requirements, processes and cross-functional system requirements.
• Support change management, stakeholder engagement, and training.
• Communicate status, milestones, risks, and achievements to stakeholders.
• Analyze root causes of supply chain challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Drive process mapping and workflow optimization for efficiency and standardization.
• Support Lean supply chain integration initiatives and global strategies.
