Job summary

DoorDash Technologies Mexico is seeking a Senior Intercompany Accountant to oversee intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations across global entities. You will partner with cross-functional teams, ensure GAAP compliance, and drive the monthly close process in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 4+ years of intercompany accounting, English proficiency, and hands-on ERP experience with NetSuite/Oracle plus advanced Excel skills. This is a remote role based in Mexico.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting experience with strong intercompany focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle).
• Advanced Excel skills for large data analysis.
• Collaborative and proactive in a global, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end intercompany accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and eliminations.
• Partner with global accounting teams to reconcile intercompany balances monthly.
• Drive monthly and quarterly close for intercompany transactions across US and international entities.
• Monitor and resolve intercompany discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure GAAP/compliance for consolidated financial reporting.
• Collaborate with GL, Tax, FP&A and others to support intercompany settlements.
• Prepare intercompany deliverables for external auditors.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and process improvements in intercompany operations.
