Symbotic is seeking a Regional Controller (Mexico) to join our International Finance team. You will oversee local accounting operations and statutory compliance for the Mexico entity, ensuring alignment between Mexican accounting requirements and U.S. GAAP reporting.

This is a remote opportunity, preferred location Mexico City, MX, with up to 10% travel. You will collaborate with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, and Operations while managing third-party providers and leading close

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; able to collaborate across global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary finance owner for Symbotic's Mexico entity and oversee local accounting operations and statutory compliance.
• Manage third-party accounting providers to ensure accurate financial records and reporting.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including reconciliations and analyses.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances, escalating risks when needed.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican standards, payroll, labor, and regulatory requirements; align with U.S. GAAP reporting.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, and Operations on budgeting and forecasting.
• Support external audits and ERP initiatives to enable scalable international growth.
