Remote Accountant — Payroll & Reconciliations

Touch Support, a multinational BPO company, is expanding its accounting team and hiring an Accountant for a fully remote position open to applicants nationwide in Mexico. The role requires at least two years of accounting and bookkeeping experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, and the ability to work US business hours (7 AM–3 PM CDT).

You will handle daily to year-end accounting, payroll, financial statements, and GL reconciliations, plus AP/AR and vendor communications.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least two years of accounting and bookkeeping experience.
• Good English, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and deadlines oriented.
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem solving.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
• Available to work US business hours (7 AM–3 PM CDT).

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily, monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities.
• Process fortnightly payroll and related month-end reconciliations.
• Prepare month-end financial statements and GL reviews.
• Prepare, verify, and process invoices, AP/AR, and expenses.
• Verify balances and manage vendor communications.
