Accenture is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer in the Talent & Organization practice to support Learning Design and Development initiatives in Mexico City. You will drive needs analysis, content creation, and design standards for instructor-led and digital learning solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, coach peers, and implement innovative learning strategies to solve client challenges and enable workforce transformation.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post Graduate in any specialization with strong writing and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel may be requested.
• 6+ years of proven experience in content development and instructional designing.
• Experience in multiple training modalities: ILT, Web-Based Trainings, simulations, job aids.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the client team to understand the business problem, identify the solution approach and work through the design, development, and delivery phases.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to develop the training curriculum.
• Develop high-quality and detailed content outlines as per the curriculum.
• Design standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for the proposed learning solution.
• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to design and develop training deliverables.
