Cognizant Consulting is seeking an Associate Consultant - Organizational Change Management to support enterprise transformation through learning, training, and adoption strategies. You will work with client stakeholders, project teams, and leaders to drive user readiness and value realization.

You will design learning content, deliver training, and facilitate workshops while collaborating across the consulting organization to minimize risk and maximize adoption outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of consulting, learning, change management, or transformation experience.
• Experience creating learning content, curricula, and user enablement deliverables.
• Understanding of organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption principles.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support design and delivery of learning strategies, curricula, and adoption programs for business and tech transformation initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess change impacts and identify capability gaps.
• Develop training materials, communications, and knowledge transfer content to support user adoption.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions; support readiness activities and risk mitigation.

About the role:

As an Associate Consultant - Organizational Change Management, you will make an impact by supporting enterprise transformation initiatives through learning, training, communications, and adoption strategies that help organizations realize business value and achieve successful change outcomes. You will be a valued member of our Consulting team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, project teams, change practitioners, and business leaders to drive user readiness and adoption.

In this role, you will:

• Support the design and delivery of learning strategies, training curricula, and adoption programs for business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess change impacts, identify capability gaps, and recommend learning and engagement approaches.
• Develop training materials, communications, knowledge transfer content, and other learning deliverables that support user adoption.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions while supporting project readiness activities and risk mitigation efforts.
• Contribute to practice development initiatives, proposal support activities, and cross-functional collaboration within the consulting organization.

What you need to have to be considered:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of consulting, learning, change management, organizational effectiveness, training, or transformation experience.
• Experience creating learning content, training curricula, training materials, and user enablement deliverables.
• Understanding of organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communications planning, and adoption principles.
• Experience supporting projects across cross-functional teams with strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.

These will help you stand out:

• Experience supporting AI adoption, digital transformation, or enterprise technology implementation programs.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Relevant certifications in change management, learning and development, Agile, project management, or industry domains.
• Experience measuring learning effectiveness, adoption metrics, or training program outcomes.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA, PGDM, or related postgraduate qualification.
