You will collaborate across teams, integrate AI tools like Google Gemini and Vertex AI Studio into content workflows, handle multiple projects, and deliver clear, learner‑centered materials that convert complex technical content into accessible training.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in adult learning theory and instructional methodologies (ADDIE).
• 3-5 years of dedicated experience as an Instructional Designer or Curriculum Developer.
• Proficient with online course development tools and visual layout.
• Ability to transform complex technical content into clear learning materials.
• Experience with AI tools for content refinement and ideation.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain highly interactive courses with Evolve (primary).
• Evaluate content against adult learning principles and ensure engaging flow.
• Integrate internal AI tools into daily workflow for content refinement and ideation.
• Communicate project status, mitig ate risks, and manage timelines and scope.
