Servicios Comerciales Amazon México S. de R.L. de C.V. in Tepotzotlán, Mexico, is seeking an Area Manager Jr. to oversee a Fulfillment Center team. You will focus on safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity while coordinating with other Area Managers.

You will lead a team of 50–150 hourly associates, ensure proper training, and drive Lean initiatives to improve processes. Flexibility for night/weekend shifts and overtime is required.

Formación

• 1+ years of team management experience.
• Able to work 40 hours/week with overtime.
• Rotating, flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of 50–150 hourly associates by embodying Amazon Leadership Principles.
• Oversee training and ensure associates’ needs are addressed to maintain productivity and customer experience.
• Identify and lead Lean process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Be available for overtime during peak holiday seasons and year-round as needed.
