Amazon Mexico is seeking an Area Manager to lead and develop a team of 20 to 50 Associates in a fulfillment center. You will coach, motivate, and ensure safety, quality, attendance, and engagement while embedding our leadership principles.

This frontline role is not corporate and requires flexible shifts; you will work in Tepotzotlán and partner with the management team to drive accuracy and process improvements. Fluency in English and 4+ years of people management are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 4+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 20 to 50 Amazon Associates.
• Communicate policies and ensure compliance; act as primary information source.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment.
• Establish and maintain quality control standards with the management team.
• Develop performance goals to meet customer demand and ensure accuracy and quality.
• Rotate shifts 2-3 times per year.
